Wildwood ALC

My internship experience

During the spring 23 semester, I had the opportunity to intern at Wildwood ALC. As part of my responsibilities, I prepared and offered activities based on the children's interests, talents, and experiences. I also worked with facilitators to support daily rhythms and morning, afternoon, and weekly meetings. Additionally, I am familiar with the Agile Learning Center (ALC) education model and the ALC network. Furthermore, I provided support with graphic design needs and marketing materials as needed.

During my internship, I had the opportunity to work closely with children and develop activities based on their interests and talents. This experience helped me to better understand children and their needs and to reevaluate my facilitation and speaking skills. Overall, this internship was a valuable experience that allowed me to approach things creatively and develop kid-friendly activities while also improving my skills as a facilitator.
